Really disappointed in this supplier. The site states 10,000 MOQ with printing for the samples we ordered however we do not want printing.
At no time does it say a MOQ for non printing. after paying for the samples the lady lied to me saying they are no longer in stock but if I ordered 10,000 they are in stock.
As an Australian I would not recommend the dealings of this business. The sales people have lied and wasted our time.

Dear,our website has shown that the MOQ is 10,000 pieces. During the chat, it was also clearly stated that the MOQ is 10,000 pieces. It does not mean that only printing is 10,000 pieces.

Very slow response.
Questions asked a lot of times, takes ages before a response comes from Stan and also shipping took ages !
For business in Europe, because it already takes a lot of time to check out samples and produce and ship.
So - not a steady company to do business with unfortunately
